The Lithuanian Construction Association (LCA) is a public legal entity with limited civil liability, whose purpose is to coordinate the activities of its members, represent and defend their interests, and pursue other public interests.

The Association operates in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Associations of the Republic of Lithuania, other applicable legal acts, and bases its activities on its Statutes.

The Statutes were approved by a decision of the General Meeting of Members and signed on 7 October 2021.
